The DL app how-to
OK. So you've created your free Delete Litter account. Now what?
First, a huge thanks for believing in what we're up to and joining the mission—we cannot achieve our goals without you!
There are five main sections in the DL app, all accessible by clicking on the "hamburger" menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the app.

Log new cleanup: Quickly create and save logs of your cleanup activities including: date, location (ZIP/postal code), number of pieces collected, photos of your cleanup impact, and any notes to capture the vibe.

Litterlog: View a a photo-rich feed of your complete cleanup history, detailed charts on your impact to date, and summary stats on progress toward your goal.

Litterboard: See how you stack up against our global membership and stay on top of your personal Litterlog Week Streak (tip: streak window runs early Monday morning through late Sunday night each week). You may also view other members' cleanup feeds, photos, and show them some love for their good work.

Challenges: Access public and private Litterboard team challenges where community organizations, local businesses, and global enterprises set up custom challenges for their internal or external audiences.

Settings: Personalize your member profile—add a fun avatar pic, custom username, member intro, country, and your social media links. You may also update your password, update account settings, or delete your account.
All primary screens also have an embedded icon guide. Just click on the question mark icon in the top right-hand corner of the app to view contextual tooltips.
Please note: The first time you sign in and use the app, your device will prompt you to allow notifications (optional, used for cleanup activity updates), use your location (optional, used for for ZIP/postal code autofill only, precise geolocation data not saved), and allow access to your photo library/camera (required). To maximize your user experience and benefits of the app, we highly recommend you allow them all. We do not sell any member data to any third parties.
